Macquarie’s digital banking experience is already one of the best in market. But with the introduction of Q - their new AI-powered agent - they were ready to take things even further.


Solution
This meant evolving the category from a transactional experience, into a conversational one.
Q lets customers ask questions, get answers, and actually talk to their money - a shift from managing finances to understanding them.
We partnered with the Macquarie team to bring Q to life - from strategic development and naming, through to the launch campaign. Our focus was making Q feel as intelligent as the tech behind it, but just as human.
