Context

To demonstrate their investment in the health of Aussies around the country, and live their ethos as a proactive health provider, Westfund partnered with The Australian Skin Cancer Foundation. The partnership was an investment in world first mobile 3D skin scanning technology, which was put on the road to bring free skin scans directly to Aussie communities up and down the country—in places where services were often limited. Not only did we need to promote Westfund as the health insurer who’s helping Aussies be proactive about their health, we needed to ensure they met the skin scan truck when it visited their region.

Solution

We created a creative platform that reframed skin checks as something empowering, not intimidating. Using a combination of technology, education, storytelling and humour, we helped make proactive health feel approachable and part of everyday health, and helped turn a too-hard-basket task into a movement people wanted to engage with.

Results

The campaign has just gone live across OOH, radio, YouTube and TV, featuring Westfund’s official partners, the Penrith Panthers. Results are pending.
